Ricky Eisen, President
Ricky Eisen is the original founder of the company and, as President, still oversees all operations. With over 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Ricky has truly given Between The Bread catering the prestigious name that it holds today. With a reputation as a perfectionist and an innovator, Ricky oversees each and every event that Between The Bread handles to make sure that everything is put together to her standards – e.g. nothing less than perfect.
The Between The Bread kitchen is located in the center of Midtown Manhattan at 55th Street between 6th and 7th avenues. Our world-class chefs work round the clock to prepare our gourmet food made from fresh produce that is purchased each and every morning. Feel free to come visit the Charcuterie at 145 West 55th Street, where we also prepare fresh individual-sized meals of breakfast and lunch every day!
